Freight cost

Germany
Shipping within Germany is made by GLS or a forwarding company.
The freight costs amount to 8,56 € all-in incl. VAT. Bigger quantities or bulk goods are subject to being sent by a forwarding company.

Austria
Shipping  until 30 kg 14,76 €.
Please note that 12,00 € plus VAT is charged per carton of lighters due to hazardous goods regulations.

France
Shipping until 30 kg 20,55 €.
Please note that for lighters 17,25 € plus VAT is charged due to hazardous goods regulations (price is per carton, aside from islands, freight price is upon request).

Remaining EU / Switzerland and Non-EU
Shipping costs according to the GLS price list, freight rates are upon request.
Please note that deliveries to Non-EU-countries are subject to additional customs charges, taxes and fees. In case of any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email: info@kmmatch.com

Payment conditions

We can only accept a pre-payment for all orders placed at our web shop.
You'll have 4 options to pay your order: payment by Paypal, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay or per bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
A purchase on account is unfortunately not possible for orders placed at the web shop.
